Crash Urban Winery was founded by Chef Aisha McAulay, born in British Guyana. She received her culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta. Through her culinary journey and love of wine she became intrigued by the wine making process. Beginning an exploration of flavors, techniques, and harmony to create the perfect balance. There was an elegance to wine that spoke to Aisha. Along her journey she quickly discovered the lack of black women in the wine making industry birthing a desire and quest for change. Aisha decided to infuse her culinary training with her love of wine creating an experience like no other. Crash Urban Winery was born!
